Continual crashes

Hello

The system has recently sent in to Iceni a number of crashes (I’ve deleted others)

Most of the crashes seem to be when I use one or two editing tools on pdfs not created with Infix (I don’t have an complicated pdf files created with Infix on my computer)

So my question is pretty simple. Are certain tools better or only adapted to Infix but maybe not recommended to use on pdfs generated with other editing programs?

Hi,

Infix should work with pdfs edited or created by other tools as long as they are valid pdf’s.

Can you email one of the problem files to support@iceni.com for us to look into the issue?

Also, if you can include an explanation on how to invoke the problem, that would be very helpful.
