When you export XLIFF or XML from a PDF using Infix, it tags all the paragraphs. These tagged paragraphs then show up in different colours - perhaps this is what you are seeing.
This doesn’t affect the way your PDF will look in other viewers, it’s just something infix does.
You can toggle it on/off by choosing “View->Text->Field Shading”
