With the same test file as in the previous issue, I cannot Extract To File the first image — the corresponding option is grayed out in the right-click menu. These two issues seem related.

The issue is also shared with FlexiPDF.
Seconded, i have this problem too, i think it is to do with whether the image has a transparency. They make this amazing software and then spoil it with something such as this!
On the upside, at least they haven’t replied to you in 2 months…

Hi! It seems that the forum is not the best place to ask for support. I’ve had much better luck with email support. Regarding this specific issue, the reply was as follows:
“This issue has now been fixed and the fix will be included in the next point release of Infix (7.2.5).”
Thank you Temcat, i will email them from now on…i’d have thought a support forum was a good place to get support! lol
