Has anyone else had any issues when opening documents provided by other users that do not show all of the information in Infix ? Document appears to have fields and although the field names show the responses do not. If opening in Acrobat the responses show without any problem.
Can you email us a copy of the pdf in question? Please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll then have a look into the issue for you.
I am not sure I can do that as it may well contain sensitive customer data. I had hoped that this would be a known issue with easy resolution.
