Remap fonts

The PDF which I am currently using contains multiple fonts.

The fonts are wrongly mapped, hence I have remap fonts to map the fonts correctly.

I have remap the text for the first font and when I started remapping the text for the second font then all the changes are applied for the previous font too.

I have gone through the manual and could not find any solution to this.

I am looking for a solution to this as I have several PDFs which require remap.
