TransPDF charged credits for XLIFF downloads with Infix License

I am being charged credits for XLIFF exports of my PDF files by TransPDF even with an Infix License.

The accounts should be connected because I entered my TransPDF credentials and successfully logged on when I tried to “Export as XLIFF”. However, when I check my accounts page in TransPDF, it shows “INVALID” against Infix PDF Editor. Not sure why.

Can you please email us details of your Infix license and we will investigate further. Please include the purchase number and a license key if possible.
