Please log-in to transpdf.iceni.com and press the ‘Get Help’ button next to the PDF concerned.
Once we can see your PDF we will be able to investigate the cause of the problem.
I had the same problem, and here’s what happened in my case.
By the time I was ready to Export the PDF, it wasn’t listed under “My PDFs” on Login
I suspect something to do with MemoQ licensing issues. I simply reimported the original PDF in MemoQ and then I could see the PDF listed under “My PDFs” on the iceni website – after which, the Export from MemoQ worked.
